1. Information We Collect

When you use PaymentStub.com, we collect the information you enter into the pay stub form (employer name, employee name, pay details, etc.) solely for the purpose of generating your document. If you provide an email address, we use it only for order confirmation and document delivery.

2. Payment Information

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Form data submitted for pay stub generation is stored temporarily to fulfill your order. Generated PDF documents are stored for 7 days to allow download, after which they are deleted. We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site: Stripe to take payment, Resend to email your download link, and Google for the advertising measurement described in section 4.

4. Cookies and Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand site usage. These do not use cookies and do not track individual users.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking so we can tell whether our advertising is working. Unlike the analytics above, this does set cookies, and when you finish creating a document it reports that a document was delivered, along with the amount paid, to Google. It does not send Google the contents of your pay stub, the names on it, or your email address. You can opt out of personalised advertising in your Google Ads Settings, and most browsers let you block third-party cookies.

5. Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare, which provides enterprise-grade security including DDoS protection and edge encryption.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of any data associated with your order by contacting support@paymentstub.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
